2. Course Enrollment & Payment

2.1 Registration & Fees

• Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted, unless a payment plan is agreed upon.
• Prices are subject to change; however, enrolled students will not be affected by price increases.

2.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility:

• Full refund if canceled 7+ days before the course start date.
• No refunds after the course begins, except under exceptional circumstances (evaluated case-by-case).
• Rescheduling: Students may reschedule once, subject to availability.

3. Student Responsibilities

3.1 Attendance & Participation

• Students must attend scheduled sessions (live or recorded).
• Excessive absenteeism may result in removal without a refund.

3.2 Conduct & Prohibited Actions

• No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior during training.
• No unauthorized sharing of course materials, login credentials, or Zoom links.
• No reverse engineering, copying, or reselling of training content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials (videos, slides, documents) are the exclusive property of Altostratus Technologies.
• Students may use materials only for personal learning—no commercial redistribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues (e.g., Zoom disruptions, internet problems).
• Job placement guarantees post-training.
• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if a student:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraud or misuse of our services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.

Additional Clauses
