Student Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Student

Before Course Commencement:

7+ days before start date:
Eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
1–6 days before start date:
100% credit toward a future course (valid for 12 months).
On or after start date:
No refunds

After Course Commencement:

No refunds permitted once the course begins.
Exceptions:
Documented medical emergencies may qualify for course credit(subject to management approval).

2. Rescheduling & Transfers

First reschedule:Free if requested 48+ hours before the start date.
Subsequent reschedules:Incur a 10% fee.

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits all fees.

4. Cancellation by Altostratus

If Altostratus cancels a course, students may choose:
Full refund OR
Transfer to another course.

5. Credit Policy

Credits expire 12 months from issue date.

Credits expire 12 months from issue date.
Non-transferable and applicable only to course fees (excludes materials/certifications).

6. How to Request

Submit cancellation requests in writing to: info@altostratustechnologies.com.
Refunds processed within 14 business days.
